Course Administrator

AI Business School (AIBS) provides world class content on AI and digitalization through a cutting edge virtual learning platform, and has collaborations with the world’s most successful companies such as Google, Amazon, Microsoft, UIPath, and more.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Course Administrator to support, develop and promote the course implementation and the day to day management and support of AIBS systems and platforms.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Support and manage regular processes and operations for our end customers to receive their courses. i.e. prepare learning environment, launch courses and on board new users
  • Provide 1st line support and facilitation of learners in courses and groups
  • Assist with the set up and implementation of new courses on various AIBS platforms
  • On a regular basis provide data and reporting to sales teams, employees and colleagues, and collaboration partners
  • Work in close collaboration with the developers team to roll out new websites for our partners, report integration issues, design issues, till successful course delivery
  • Identify, document and present improvements to our operations and processes

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Computer Science Bachelor’s degree or degree in other relevant field
