We are currently looking for a customer support officer who will be responsible for communication with the end learners of our corporate clients.
· Development and execution of the communication strategy for individual clients,
· Creation of communication campaigns for personal coaching,
· Communication and facilitation of groups of learners on the virtual learning platform,
· Provide first level customer support to end learners
· Manage of processes for internal communications
· Bachelor’s Degree in the related discipline of the technical industry or equivalent experience
· Excellent writing and communication skills
· Proven ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly
· Strong personal organization skills, as well as prioritization and time management skills
· Ability to manage multiple, complex, high-priority tasks and situations across multiple accounts,
· Excellent problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to identify issues, solve them quickly and thoroughly, using peers and internal resources as applicable.
