Muhammad Ehsan is a secondary school teacher at a public high school in Quetta, Balochistan, Pakistan. He teaches English as a subject to grade 7, 8, 9, and 10. Apart from teaching English, he has several other administrative responsibilities at his school as well. He did M. Phil research degree in Educational Leadership & Management from Virtual University of Pakistan. Whereas, he received a masters degree in Political Science from University of Balochistan. He has a research paper published in the Journal of Educational Research in Developing Areas (JEREDA). Moreover, he is a part of Pak-US alumni network—visited the United States in October 2019 in Teaching Excellence & Achievement (TEA) program sponsored by RELO Pakistan and funded by the US embassy Pakistan and the department of state, United States of America. Also, he completed the Global Online Course (GOC) in TESOL Methodology offered by University of Maryland Baltimore County (UMBC) and funded by the department of state and US embassy in Pakistan. Similarly, he completed several other online courses such as, advanced writing course at Coursera offered by University of California, Berkeley, University Governance and Leadership course at Canvas offered by Erasmus+ and Chinese collaboration, and he attended many other professional development courses, discussions and webinars online. Recently, he has joined Pakistani-American Teachers of English Network (PATEN) as a founding member under the esteemed leadership of a staunch advocate of inclusive world Dr. Inge Urbancic.
