People & Culture Specialist

Job Description

  • Delivering HR consultancy activities for the customers; display of job advertisements, conducting telephone interviews and job interviews
  • Cooperation with the Sales Team and AI Team for expanding talent pool and implementing effective HR consultancy
  • Maintaining candidate databases and optimizing talent platform
  • Identifying and Interacting with potential candidates on social media and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Kaggle and Github)
  • Managing internal HR administration from hire to exit
  • Onboarding of the new employees
  • Developing effective, suitable and relevant HR policies and procedures
  • Organizing activities and finding new ideas to maintain company’s culture
Qualification
  • Bachelor’s Degree in related fields;
  • Having minimum 1 year previous experience in Human Resources department
  • Confident, self-motivated with a flexible and proactive approach;
  • Strong written and oral communication skills in English and Turkish; including fundamental presentation skills and the demonstrated ability to articulate ideas clearly and appropriately influence others;
  • Ability to work and thrive in a multi-tasked, fast paced environment;
  • Proficiency in MS Office;
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented, team environment;
  • Strong organization skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • High level of target oriented research ability
