People & Culture Specialist

Job Description
- Delivering HR consultancy activities for the customers; display of job advertisements, conducting telephone interviews and job interviews
- Cooperation with the Sales Team and AI Team for expanding talent pool and implementing effective HR consultancy
- Maintaining candidate databases and optimizing talent platform
- Identifying and Interacting with potential candidates on social media and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Kaggle and Github)
- Managing internal HR administration from hire to exit
- Onboarding of the new employees
- Developing effective, suitable and relevant HR policies and procedures
- Organizing activities and finding new ideas to maintain company’s culture
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in related fields;
- Having minimum 1 year previous experience in Human Resources department
- Confident, self-motivated with a flexible and proactive approach;
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English and Turkish; including fundamental presentation skills and the demonstrated ability to articulate ideas clearly and appropriately influence others;
- Ability to work and thrive in a multi-tasked, fast paced environment;
- Proficiency in MS Office;
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented, team environment;
- Strong organization skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- High level of target oriented research ability
