Technical Solutions Specialist (Global AI Hub)

The Technical Solutions Specialist will work under limited supervision of the CEO and will be responsible for the research, recommendation, and implementation of technology‐based solutions to enhance productivity, performance, and security for the organization. In addition, the Technical Solutions Specialist will recommend timing and process for applying feature and quality updates, and software deployments, and provide input on department standards and policy updates.


  • Research, recommend and implement web based solutions to enhance productivity, performance, and security for the organization
  • Installing customized software systems and all necessary components.


  • Exemplary written and verbal communication skills
  • Good written and spoken ability in English
  • Experience working with clients, product and engineering teams
  • Experience with a formal project management methods
  • Experience writing and reviewing technical requirements documentation
  • Must have strong analytical abilities
  • Must have demonstrable creative thinking and problem solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast paced, rapidly-changing environment
  • Up-to-date knowledge of modern HTML, CSS and JS
  • Knowledge of WordPress
  • Open to working in a startup environment
