Job Description

  • Configuring and administering virtual learning platform, CRM and other tools relevant for delivery of products of the AI Business School
  • Ensuring efficient implementation of online courses together with team and upkeeping the quality assurance protocols
  • Reporting bugs and issues to technical team and partner companies to ensure high quality user experience
  • Providing excellent customer support service to all users of our platforms and tools


  • Computer Science bachelor’s degree or degree in another relevant field
  • Strong executional skills to drive work from brief to go live
  • Good organisational and project management skills
  • Experience working with international peers to define requirements
  • Dynamic, learning agility with new systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
